– Any lifter costs are charged to the customer
– Any measurements other than 90° of the corners must be charged at an extra cost
– No more changes will be accepted after the order has been placed
– Any plumbing, electrical and masonry is not included
– Delivery will be scheduled only after the balance has been paid
