Terms and Conditions – Warranty Conditions
1 – Delivery Times
Approximately 60 working days from the order date (up to 90 days for specific products). If a “Requested approximate delivery date” is specified, that date shall prevail.
2 – Costs Borne by the Customer and Exclusions

Extra Costs: Lifting equipment/elevators, out-of-square walls (angles other than 90°), additional drill holes (€25 each), customizations outside the original project, and post-installation door adjustments (€50).

Exclusions: Plumbing, electrical, gas, and masonry work. Installation of sinks, mixers, appliances, and related connections is not included. If appliances or tops are purchased from third parties, subsequent door adjustments are excluded.
3 – Liability
No liability is accepted for unlevelled floors or walls. In the event of a technical site visit for issues not covered by warranty, the cost is €50 plus any replacement parts. The company acts as a retailer, not the manufacturer.
4 – Renderings and Graphic Simulations
Images are for illustrative purposes only. Differences in color or texture compared to the physical product are normal and do not constitute grounds for a claim.
5 – Modifications and Cancellations
No modifications are accepted after the order has been placed. Payments are non-refundable, and product exchanges are not permitted.
6 – Measurement Verification (Site Survey)
The post-purchase survey is solely to verify the feasibility of the project. The furniture will maintain the ordered dimensions (e.g., 360cm) even if the wall is longer, unless a written modification is requested and a price adjustment is agreed upon.
7 – Product Inspection and Damage
The customer must inspect all components immediately upon delivery/assembly. Any damage must be reported in writing on the report at that time. No claims will be accepted after the installation report has been signed. The company is not liable for damage (e.g., humidity, mold, breakage) occurring during storage at the customer’s premises.
8 – Replacements
Replacement parts follow the same lead times as the initial delivery (approx. 60 working days). The process cannot be expedited.
9 – Planning and Contractual Obligations
Delivery and assembly are scheduled only after the balance has been paid in full. It is the customer’s duty to verify all details before signing; verbal agreements not included in the written contract are not valid.
10 – Legal Warranty
24-month coverage for lack of conformity (Legislative Decree 206/2005) existing at the time of delivery. Includes the right to free repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
11 – Shipping Costs under Warranty
If the defect is covered by warranty, the costs for transport and pickup are borne by the seller or the service center.
12 – Charges for Non-Defective Products or Negligence

If the product is found to be fully functional upon inspection: €35 for technical diagnosis plus transport costs.

If a replacement is requested for a reported damage that is found to be non-existent during technical verification, all logistical and administrative costs will be charged to the customer.
13 – Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. Furthermore, damage caused by improper use, impact, falls, power surges, atmospheric events, repairs performed by unauthorized personnel, or aesthetic defects that do not limit functionality are excluded.
14 – Documentation for Assistance
To claim warranty service, the following are required: copy of the purchase document, a detailed description of the problem, the original packaging (if requested), and technical cooperation.
15 – Storage Fees
In the event of failure to collect the goods or inability to receive them within the agreed timeframe, a storage fee of €35 per month per cubic meter will be applied, calculated on a monthly basis.
