Terms and Conditions
1 – Delivery Times:
Approximately 60 working days from the order date. For some products, production may take up to 90 days. If the label “Approximate delivery requested” is present, refer to that approximate date.
Costs borne by the customer:
– Any lifting or lifter costs.
– Angles other than 90° may incur additional charges.
– Additional holes requested during installation: €25 each.
– Customizations not included in the original project may incur extra charges to be determined.
– Post-installation door adjustment service: €50 extra.
Work not included:
– Plumbing, gas, electrical, and masonry work are not included.
– Installation of sinks, mixers, and appliances is not included.
– Installation of hob and nozzle adjustment is not included.
– Installation and connection of dishwashers or washing machines are not included.
– If countertops or appliances are purchased from third parties, any door adjustments needed afterward are not included.
2 – Liability
We accept no responsibility for floor or wall leveling defects that may affect installation. In case of malfunctions not covered by warranty, a €50 call-out charge will apply, plus any additional costs outlined in the quote.
We are a resale company, not a manufacturer: we are not responsible for issues related to the production chain.
Some products or materials may undergo changes or be discontinued before delivery; any such changes will be communicated to the customer.
3 – Renderings and Graphic Simulations
Images generated using the manufacturer’s graphic software are for illustrative purposes only.
Differences in color, texture, or composition compared to the real product are normal and do not constitute valid grounds for complaint.
The seller accepts no responsibility for such discrepancies.
4 – Modifications and Cancellations
– No changes are accepted after the order is placed.
– Payments are non-refundable.
– Product exchanges are not allowed.
5 – Measurements Check
Post-purchase measurement checks serve only to verify that the purchased items are installable as per the project.
Example: if a 360 cm kitchen is ordered but the wall is 380 cm, the kitchen will remain 360 cm unless a written request for modification is made and the price adjusted and accepted by us.
6 – Product Inspection
After delivery or installation, the customer must carefully inspect every component.
Requests made after the report has been signed will not be considered.
Any damage must be reported in writing on the delivery or installation report at the time it occurs.
If delivery and installation occur at different times, we are not responsible for damage occurring during customer storage (e.g., humidity, mold, or accidental breakage).
7 – Replacements
Any replacement will follow the same lead time as the initial delivery: approximately 60 working days.
Expediting is not possible, and unnecessary follow-ups or complaints will not be considered.
8 – Delivery and Installation Scheduling
Delivery and installation will be scheduled only after full payment of the balance.
9 – Contractual Obligations
Before signing, it is the customer’s right and responsibility to verify that all details are correct.
Verbal agreements not included in the written contract will not be recognized.
Warranty Conditions
10 – Legal Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for non-conformity under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), for defects present at the time of delivery.
In case of a defect, the customer is entitled—free of charge—to repair or replacement within a reasonable time frame.
11 – Transportation Costs Under Warranty
If the defect falls under the warranty terms, transport, pickup, and redelivery costs will be fully covered by the seller or the authorized service center.
12 – Costs if Product is Functioning Properly
If, after inspection, the product is found to be working properly and free of warranty-covered defects, the customer may be charged for:
– Technical inspection and diagnosis: €50
– Transport or return delivery fees: to be determined
All costs will be communicated in advance before any charges are applied.
13 – Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, impact, falls, or tampering
– Damage due to external events (e.g., power surges, weather, flooding, etc.)
– Work carried out by unauthorized personnel
– Aesthetic defects that do not affect functionality
14 – Documentation and Requirements for Assistance
To access warranty service, the customer must:
– Present a copy of the invoice or receipt
– Keep the original packaging if requested
– Provide a detailed description of the problem
– Actively cooperate with any technical verification required
