Warranty Conditions

1. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), valid for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement of the defective product within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Warranty-Related Transport Costs
If the defect is covered under warranty, all transportation, pickup, and return costs will be borne by the seller or authorized service center.

3. Charges in Case of Fully Functional Product
If the product is sent for service and found to be fully functional and free of defects covered by the warranty, the customer may be charged for the following:

  • Technical inspection and diagnosis fee: 50€

  • Transport or return shipping costs: to be determined

All such charges will be communicated to the customer in advance before any billing.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by improper use, impacts, drops, tampering

  • Damages resulting from external events (power surges, weather conditions, flooding, etc.);

  • Repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel;

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

5. Documentation and Service Conditions
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must:

  • Provide a copy of the invoice or sales receipt;

  • Keep the original packaging, if requested;

  • Give a detailed description of the issue encountered;

  • Cooperate with the technical service during the verification process, if required.
